Our reputation as crafters is very important to us; in a world where profits have overtaken quality in almost every area, we are committed to making things which are beautiful, functional and of heirloom quality. If anything bearing our mark breaks or fails in normal use, we will replace or repair it free of charge.
This guarantee will be honoured for our lifetime, as long as we are able to use our craft skills. In this way, those skills are forever being improved as we strive to make sure every item we make is better than the last.
If you own an item made by us which you feel is not satisfactory, please get in touch. “If you’re happy, tell your friends. If not, tell us!”
